Hours May Fluxuate

Looking forward to a late night breakfast at IHOP with friends so I did a little research to find out the hours. The IHOP site listed, "Hours may fluctuate." My imagination began thinking about what it would be like to be having a late night breakfast while sitting in a restaurant as the hours were fluctuating. Sounds like the beginning of a science fiction short story to me!
