Life Goes On

This video came across my Facebook page today and it is important enough that I wanted to share it. I have already been experiencing some of the "slow down" that Mike Vacant talked about in this four minute video. It has motivated me to NOT want to become an "old man."

So I reaffirm my life, I recommit to healthy eating, and I revitalize my exercise and gym program.

  1. Grit. One of my favorite words. People of our age do have grit. Old ladies who make it to 93 do not get there by being wimps, at least that's been my observation.

After a cow knocked me down and crushed vertebrae almost 20 years ago, we installed grab bars in the bathroom, in anticipation of old age. They are great for hanging onto while you wash your feet in the shower.
