Ragdale Revisited: Day Three

Up at 9:00. Out of bed by 10:00. Working by 11:00. Have tried to go to bed by 9 or 10 only to toss and turn so I have decided to stick to my old routines and go to bed late and get up late.

The tossing and turning proved somewhat beneficial as I have figured out how I want to identify the themes of my book pictorially. I had been thinking of black and white icons but now think that photographs, that I will take, representing the various themes might be the direction to go.

Last night got up and went down to the kitchen for a glass of warm milk and a look through of “A Room of Their Own” catalogue from the Bloomsbury show at the Block.

Woke up this morning looking forward to visiting with my stories.

This morning spent more time with Bloomsbury, took some pictures of the Ragdale Residents Library, and have been working on “Theme Images.” Have come up with four so far: Observations, Quotes, Memoirs, Alzheimer’s. More to come. Need to think more about my “Daily Writings:” Leave them as a theme or divide by topic?

Dinner: Pork Roast w/ Portable Mushroom Gravy, rice with a touch of butter, cucumber/tomato/onion salad Tuscan style, apple sauce made from Ragdale apples, sauteed collard greens & onions, mini cheese cake squares and fresh strawberries for dessert.

Worked a lot today. 11:00 through 5:00 then 8:30 through 10:00. Wow!
